What is the "Social Commerce Community Programme"?
Live Show Seller’s Social Commerce Community Programme is a social commerce network that matches KOLs/KOCs to high-quality and sellable brands and products.
We match the style of content creators to the characteristics of each product and KOLs/KOCs are allowed to sell these products through social media posts such as live shows and short videos. We want to help creators who are interested in social commerce to monetize their following and open up new online sales channels for our brand clientele.
Is it necessary to use live selling to sell the products?
Not necessarily! You can use any social media platform as a channel to conduct your social commerce sales and sell using different forms of social media, be it through live selling, static posts, short videos, limited-time events etc.
What is Live Show Seller?
Live Show Seller (LSS) is an advanced social commerce aggregator that allows you to concurrently do live sales and consolidate orders on multiple popular social media platforms that are fully integrated into the system.
Additionally, the system also includes inventory management, message consolidation, lucky draw and gamification features. We are committed to creating a new way of live-streaming ecommerce and reducing the gap between live sales and retail shops. Which social media platforms does Live Show Seller support?
Live Show Seller currently supports Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Twitch. We will be adding more platforms soon, so keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram pages for updates! If you have a specific request, please feel free to contact us with the relevant information.
What payment gateways/services are currently available?
Live Show Seller currently offers bank transfer, QR code payment, HitPay, PayPal, Stripe and credit card payment methods. If you have any other payment requirements, we can also assist with integration, please feel free to contact us.
I can't login to the system, what should I do?
Please make sure you have entered your email and password correctly. To reset your password, please go to the login page and click on the “Forget Password” link. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.
How are fees for the Premium Plan calculated?
The Live Show Seller Premium Plan is calculated based on the volume of orders transacted plus a USD 0.10 (outside Malaysia) and MYR 0.20 (for Malaysia) transaction fee per completed order, there are no other additional fees. The minimum monthly fee for this plan is $15. Even if transaction fees for the month are less than $15, the fee will still be $15/month.
What are the sellable items? Is there a limit to the number of sale items I can upload?
There is no limit to the number of items you can upload into the system. Every item sold in each live session counts as 1 sale and the total number of SKU you can assign for all your campaigns depend on your selected plan. The trial plan has a maximum SKU of 30 while the Premium Plan has no limit. Pick the perfect plan for you! For more information on our other available plans, please click here!
